therapist

I believe that an authentic relationship is the foundation for meaningful therapeutic work, creating a space for healing, growth, and change. I bring warmth, curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to understanding and empowering each person I work with.

My approach draws from person-centered therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), psychoanalytic frameworks, and feminist theory, and is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

I completed my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Hunter College and have experience working with people navigating trauma, dissociation, PTSD, mood disorders, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

Everyone deserves the chance to know and understand themselves. My goal is to support you as you identify patterns that keep you feeling stuck, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and make changes that are important to you. Together, we will work toward fostering a sense of well-being and building healthy relationships with yourself and others.
