Sustained Recovery
At Sanctuary, we believe healing happens through connection, consistency, and care. Trauma recovery involves both nervous system repair and new ways of understanding ourselves and others, which is why our program integrates evidence-based therapies that support both body and mind.
We prioritize safety and skill-building as the foundation of healing. Through structured skills training, experiential practice, and supported application, clients build grounding, emotion regulation, containment, and relational capacity. This work supports greater stability and a stronger sense of control over dissociation, reactivity, and overwhelm, while laying the foundation for sustained recovery and posttraumatic growth.
Our program follows a 12 week cycle of core themes central to trauma recovery. Progress is reviewed weekly with your case manager to ensure treatment remains aligned with your needs and goals.

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Monday – Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
