Caliopie walsh, mhc-lp
therapist
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and understood. My
goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your
experiences, build self-awareness, and move toward a more authentic,
fulfilling life.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 30 years as an HR executive,
helping people around the world with leadership, relationships, and
personal growth. That background enriches my clinical work today, where I
support clients in navigating trauma, anxiety, mood challenges, and
feelings of being “stuck.”
My approach blends psychodynamic insight with practical tools from CBT,
DBT, and somatic practices—always with warmth, collaboration, and
encouragement. Outside of work, I love cooking, traveling, and spending
time with family, friends, and my two dogs, Ruby and Max, who sometimes
nap their way into sessions.
