Alaina DiBlasi, LMSW

associate therapist

Alaina DiBlasi, LMSW (License No. 126485) is a licensed therapist originally from Boston, MA. She earned her Master of Social Work from Merrimack College and has since built a career across multiple levels of care, including inpatient hospital settings, partial hospitalization programs (PHPs), and outpatient services. Alaina specializes in working with trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders, and has extensive experience supporting individuals impacted by addiction, as well as those living with depression and anxiety.

Alaina believes that mental health should be prioritized and sees therapy as a collaborative, deeply human experience. Having navigated multiple systems of care earlier in life, she understands how difficult it can be to find support that feels truly aligned. This understanding drives her belief in the importance of client empowerment and in fostering a therapeutic environment that feels supportive, non‑judgmental, and attuned to each individual’s pace.

Grounded in a trauma‑informed and culturally responsive lens, Alaina takes pride in her ongoing education around how trauma impacts the brain, nervous system, and overall lived experience. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), utilizes a strengths‑based framework, and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the internal parts, patterns, and protective strategies that shape each individual’s experience. Alaina emphasizes safety, stabilization, and de‑escalation, working alongside clients to develop individualized tools that foster regulation and resilience in daily life. She balances this foundation with thoughtful, attuned challenge that supports deeper self‑exploration and healing.
